The Supervisory Board of the Company supervises the work of the Management Board and the management of the Company's affairs.
It consists of five members:
- Slaven Celić, President of the Supervisory Board,
- Tibor Turner, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Nikola Mikša, Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Támas Bozsogi, Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Michael Meyer, member of the supervisory Board.
Slaven Celić
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Split in 1992 with a degree in economics (VII / 1 degree), majoring in internal trade. After graduating from the Faculty, he worked at the secondary vocational school - School of Economics, Administration, Bureaucracy and Trade in Šibenik as a teacher of the economic group of subjects. Since October 1999, he has been employed by the then Dalmatinska banka d.d. Zadar, Šibenik Branch, to the position of senior credit and deposit commercialist. In April 2001, he was appointed Client Relations Director (Business Team Leader). In March 2004, he transferred to the Retail Banking Division to the position of Head of the Šibenik Nova banka d.d. which was already then partially integrated into OTP banka d.d. In the same year, he was appointed Director of the Retail Banking Division. At the very beginning, he joined the project of merging Dubrovačka banka d.d. New Bank d.d. which was successfully completed in October 2002. With the bank's entry into the OTP Group in 2005, he continued to hold the position of Director of the Retail Sector and worked on establishing a new organization of the Retail Sector, improving the network management process, existing and developing new products and sales processes.
Tibor Turner
Mr. Tibor Turner graduated in 1996 from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences, in the field of Business Administration. He obtained the ACI diploma in 2020, the CFA certificate in 2001, and the CAIA certificate in 2011. He started his career in 1996 at the National Bank of Hungary, after which he was employed in 2002 by MORGAN STANLEY & Co. INTERNATIONAL, where he worked in the period 2002 - 2006 in the position of Vice President in Fixed Income Institutional Sales. In the period 2006 - 2015, Mr. Turner worked at RAIFFEISEN BANK CO. in the position of Deputy Head of Treasury, in the period 2015 - 2021 in the company MKB BANK Nyrt. in the position of Executive Director in the Money and Capital Markets, and in the period November 2021 - June 2022 in the company MKB BANK Nyrt and Magyar Bankholding Zrt. in the position of Head of the Money and Capital Markets. Since July 2022, Mr. Turner has been working in the company OTP ALAPKEZELŐ ZÁRTKÖRŰEN MŰKÖDŐ RÉSZVÉNYTÁRSASÁG in the Management Board, in the position of Deputy CEO.
Nikola Mikša
Nikola Mikša graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb in 2003 with a degree in economics, majoring in finance. He started his career at Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank International AG, Klagenfurt, Austria as a team leader responsible for the bank's portfolio, the so-called Credit Investments and Credit Derivatives. Since January 2007, he has been working at Privredna banka Zagreb d.d. in the position of Chief Coordinator in the Group of Corporate Affairs, Treasury and Investment Banking within the Investment Banking Division. In September 2009, he became the Assistant Executive Director responsible for liquidity in the Financial Operations Division (CFO area). In September 2016, he was appointed Executive Director in the Area of Financial Operations (Planning and Control), a position he held until September 2019, when he became a member of the Management Board of OTP banka d.d. responsible for the Finance Sector.
Támas Bozsogi
Támas Bozsogi started his career in June 2005 as a trainee at Raiffeisen Bank in Hungary. At the beginning of 2006, he continued his career as an assistant within the Private Banking Department within the same bank. Eight months later, he became a private banker, and by almost the end of 2011 he had been promoted to the position of senior private banker at Raiffeisen Bank. At the beginning of 2018, he transferred to OTP banka to the position of Regional Manager within the Private Banking Department, where two years later he was appointed Head of the Prestigem Private Banking Department of OTP banka. Prior to his business career, Mr. Bzsogi earned the title of Software Engineering at the University of Szeged and the title of Economist (Management) at the University of Pecs. He also holds the title of Certified Investment Advisor at Bankarkepzo in Budapest and speaks English and German.
Michael Meyer
Michael Meyer graduated in 2005 from the Faculty of Economics, University of Hamburg, Germany. From April 2006 to July 2015, he worked for Unicredit Bank Austria AG in Vienna, Austria, including positions as analyst and portfolio manager/trader, as well as in the Corporates and Investment Banking Department and Treasury Department. Since August 2015, he has been working for Splitska banka d.d./OTP banka d.d., first (August 2015 - December 2018) in the position of Director of the Treasury Department, and then in the position of Director of the Global Markets Directorate/Treasury Department.
