OTP invest d.o.o. By the Decision of the Securities Commission (CLASS: UP / I-450-08 / 97-01 / 173; REG. NUMBER: 567-02 / 97-4) of 2 December 1997, it is authorized to perform the following activities:
- establishment and management of the UCITS fund and
- establishment and management of an alternative investment fund.
By the Decision of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (CLASS: UP / I 971-02 / 20-01 / 01 REGISTRATION NUMBER: 326-01-22-2023) dated 30 July 2020, the extension of the approval of the aforementioned operating license to performing the following ancillary activities:
- performing activities referred to in Article 13, paragraph 1, item 2, sub-item a) of the Open-ended Investment Funds Act (Official Gazette 44/16 and 126/19) - portfolio management, in accordance with the provisions of the Act regulates the capital market and
- performing activities referred to in Article 13, paragraph 1, item 2, sub-item b) of the Open-ended Investment Funds Act (Official Gazette 44/16 and 126/19) - investment advice, in relation to financial instruments , according to the provisions of the law governing the capital market.
