Contact complaints management function
 
All complaints about the work of OTP invest fund management company d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Company) the complainant may submit to the complaints management function, which is responsible for investigating complaints, or, if the complaints relate to the complaints management function, to the function of monitoring compliance with relevant regulations in writing, as follows:
  • personally in the Company at the address Divka Budaka 1 / d, 10000 Zagreb,

  • in any branch or contact center of OTP banka d.d.,
